Coaching

In my coaching program we go on a journey together. You get to decide the direction and I accompany and support you along the way. Often deep down inside we know what we want, we just need support in allowing it to come forward and establishing new routines and foundations to support this desire. On this journey we will work together to release blockages and create the healthy self-worth and mindset that will allow for the transformation you desire to take place. In each session we can also take time for any topics that may be pressing at the moment.

We allow placements and information from your birth chart and progressed chart to inspire and support each session. You are then, if desired, not only receiving a coaching but also a deeper look into your birth chart. Remember the birth chart does not determine your future but can give unique insight and information about opportunities.

There are 4 sections to the coaching journey:

Self-Knowledge & Self-Discovery

You must know yourself to be yourself! I often say this to my Reiki & Wisdom students to remind them that authenticity must come from self-feeling and self-knowing. If you do not take time to discover who you naturally are, you may find yourself constantly overthinking, questioning your decisions and dimming your light.

Not anymore! We will look at your birth chart, your self-perception, your values, your environment as well as any information & experiences you would like to share about yourself and journey.

The “Self-Knowledge” portion of the coaching not only allows me to get to know you better but also helps you to gain a new perspective of who you are. Often clients feel more rooted and safer in who they are after this portion of the coaching. Their security becomes present in how they carry themselves and in their decision-making.

Self-Creation & Self-Expression

In this portion of the coaching we dive deeper into your desires, talents & gifts. What do you want? What gets you excited? What do you prefer? What resources are available to you and what do you need? Often our talents and gifts are reflected in our desires. If we suppress desire, we suppress our talents and therefore self-expression and success.

We seize the opportunity to get clear on where you would like your path to lead and the tools you need to begin the journey. Sometimes when we start a new life path we can feel guilty or struggle with feelings of being good enough. By working with me you will have the opportunity to release fear in a safe environment. Our goal is to expand your comfort zone so that the things you love that once seemed scary are now a safe, firm and exciting part of your life.

If desired we can use visualization and energy work to support this new beginning.

Self-Transformation & Knowing Your Power

Wisdom, Love & Power are incredible anchors for self-transformation. If you look you will find that all 3 are present within you. We will work together to help you to uncover and recognize them more easily.

Some people are afraid of the word power. But how should we experience and live self-empowerment if we fear and abhor power? We need a new definition of and a new relationship with power!

Many people struggle to take up positions of authority not only in work and career but also in their personal life. Often there is a false definition of power and authority present due to traumatizing past experiences with “authority” figures. These terms must be re-defined, so that you can create a new and true experience of healthy power. We look at power in the zodiac in general as well as in your birth chart to help you gain your personal understanding of power & authority which will allow you to live more confidently in Love and with Wisdom. At this stage we have the opportunity to release imposter syndrome (which can not only be present in career but also romantic partnerships).

In this section we will begin to support you in already living your true value which will help you to manifest more of what you desire. We look at relationships: your relationship to the Universe and where you fit it as well as your relationship to yourself and others. When we understand ourselves in our relation to ourselves, others and our environment we can really discover our inner strength, love and power.

Self-Actualization & Fulfillment

When we live our true value, our environment begins to reflect this transformation. We must be patient while our environment transforms. Still there is an opportunity to acknowledge where inner and outer change has occured.

It is time to embrace your defintion of success and to allow your decisions to reflect this definition. At this part of the journey the client embraces self-acceptance and becomes the sun in their solar system. The heart opens and celebration can ensue. 

As we look at your personal development we will see what methods worked best for you and how we can establish rituals, routines and practices that will continue to support you once the coaching has concluded. In this section clients often feel more one with the Universe and their place in this greater Oneness. They begin to understand that just by being themselves they are a blessing not only to themselves but also to their community.
